Terms of service

The service

Camera Refine edits uploaded still photos with independent camera-inspired styles and photo tools. The editor was previously called Frame Lab. Camera names describe style references; the service is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers. Effects do not reproduce a particular camera, sensor or lens exactly. Preview your own photo before purchasing.

Your photos and permissions

You retain your rights to your photos. Upload only images you are entitled to use, including any necessary permission from people depicted. You give us permission to process and temporarily store those images solely to deliver the edits you request. We do not use uploads to train models, advertise the service or create public examples. Do not use the service for unlawful content, abuse, impersonation or attempts to access other users’ photos or bypass limits.

What Studio includes

Studio costs US$29 as a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. The final total is displayed in Stripe Checkout before you pay. It unlocks the current Studio style tools, processing sets of 2–20 photos and 500 HD exports up to 4096px on the longest edge, without upscaling. It also includes 100 new previews and 3 Standard saves per day. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC.

The HD balance is shared across your registered devices. Each successful new photo, look or adjustment combination uses one HD export; failed or cancelled processing and repeat downloads do not. After the included balance is used, Studio tools and daily Standard saves remain available. HD top-ups are not currently offered. There is no scheduled expiry for the purchased access or unused HD balance while this service operates. A one-time purchase does not mean unlimited processing or a guarantee that the service will operate forever. Any service changes remain subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Delivery and restoring access

This is a digital service with no physical shipment. Studio activates after our server confirms a successful payment. If access does not appear, use “Already paid? Check payment status” in the Studio window or contact support; do not pay again. Keep the private recovery code shown after activation to restore access on another device. Do not share that code. Restoring access does not refill credits or recover expired photos.

Storage and technical limits

Uploaded photos and their results expire 24 hours after upload. Download your results before expiry and keep your originals. You can delete an uploaded photo in the editor. JPEG, PNG and WebP still images up to 20 MB and 40 megapixels are supported. HEIC, RAW, video and animated images are not supported. Portrait separation is intended for people; inspect hair, edges and fine detail. Processing queues and capacity limits may temporarily delay or reject work without charging a successful output credit. See the usage guide for details.

Refunds and cancellation

No change-of-mind refunds. Statutory rights, duplicate charges and non-delivery remain covered. We do not offer voluntary refunds for changing your mind, a preferred aesthetic, or unused processing. Please read the refund policy before purchase. There is no subscription to cancel. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you, including withdrawal rights where they apply or remedies for a faulty or undelivered service. Accepting these terms is not a separate waiver of a statutory withdrawal right.

Service problems and disputes

If an edit fails, retry it or contact support. Include a description of the problem and your purchase reference, but never send your card number, passwords or recovery code. Refunded payments no longer provide paid access. A disputed payment may suspend access while it is investigated; contact us if your access was suspended in error. We will respect any mandatory remedies that apply to your purchase.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use and will show the effective date here. Updates do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Questions, complaints or statutory cancellation requests can be sent to 510qiaoyu@gmail.com.
