Preview before you purchase
Studio is a one-time purchase of digital editing access with a limited processing balance. You can preview all available styles on your own photo before upgrading. Results depend on the original image.
No voluntary refunds
We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, prefer a different visual result, stop using the service, or leave HD credits unused. This applies only where permitted by applicable law.
Billing errors and service issues
Contact 510qiaoyu@gmail.com about a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, paid access that was not delivered, or a service that does not work as described. We will investigate and provide the correction or remedy required in your case, including a refund where appropriate or required by law. A failed processing task does not use a successful output credit. Please do not purchase a second time to fix missing access.
Your statutory rights remain
This policy does not exclude any mandatory right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other remedy. Where the law grants a cooling-off period, it applies unless a legally valid exception has been met. Merely accepting our terms or opening the editor is not treated as a separate waiver of that right.
How to contact us
Email 510qiaoyu@gmail.com with the purchase reference, purchase date and a description of the issue. For a statutory cancellation, clearly state that you wish to withdraw from or cancel your purchase. Do not send card numbers or your private recovery code. We may ask for information needed to verify the purchase. Where a refund is due, it is returned through Stripe to the original payment method; your bank controls when it appears.
There is no recurring subscription to cancel. A refunded purchase loses Studio access; any remaining access or remedy required by law is unaffected.
